Just so everyone is on notice

I will not be giving the president elect the courtesy afford the everyman in the english language. I will not give him the common courtesy of capitalizing his name, I will not refer to him with the title of Mr President or President or Mr anything. I will not use his first name. He is 'trump' thats all he gets. Its the most civil I think I can be.
